ODM leadership has been warned against issuing a direct ticket for Kibra Mp seat.
"We will not allow direct nomination. Kibra is not Malindi or elsewhere. We need to go to a free and fair nomination exercise, the we move to polls. Let's avoid chaos with direct nominations." ODM secretary general for Kinra Jeckonia Onyango said.
Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Kibra branch chairman Jeckonia Onyango has urged the party’s National Elections Board to conduct free and fair nominations ahead of the upcoming Kibra by-election.
20 ODM Party aspirants from Kibra constituency have already expressed interest in the seat, the clearest indication of how hotly-contested the by-election is likely to be.
