Law Society President Nelson Havi says Health officials and Kisumu and Siaya county officials have resorted to threats and intimidation.
According to Mr. Havi, the officials have failed to satisfy if the KPA official tested positive of Coronavirus. They have failed to show what the complied with by burying Mr. James Oyugi Onyango.
According to the Ministry of health measures, there is no specific measure that states COVID-19 deceased to be buried at night and at a shallow grave.
