A woman moves to Milimani high court over citing being sired children with Chief Justice David Maraga and has failed to provide for his family.
The Woman claims Chief Justice Maraga impregnated her 6 years ago and has refused to pay for the child's upkeep as well as other perform other parental responsibilities.
She says the move to the court will help her get justice saying life has been tough to her.
Mary Kwamboka Onyancha has appeared at Milimani Court causing drama and alleges that CJ David Maraga is a deadbeat.
She needs Ksh. 161,000 per month for upkeep. The cash includes rent of Ksh45k, Entertainment, Ksh20k, Food Ksh20k, Clothing Ksh5k among others.
She says she is from Kisii and met Maraga in 2013 at a Church function.
However, the woman accusing CJ David Maraga of being a deadbeat father didn't do a proper check-up on her documents.
In her affidavit, she has Shantel Kemunto Kwamboka and the birth certificate has Shantel Kemunto Kenani. However, there more data inconsistency on her documents. She was born 21st April the Birth Certificate given on 29th April and as her birthday.
