Michael Njogo Gitonga has become famous for resembling President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Speaking to Inooro TV, Michael Njogo Gitonga, a father of three said he was not sure if they are related to the Kenyatta family.
He says the only time he came close to Kenyatta family was long ago when his late mother was working in Gatundu as a security officer.
Njogo alias Uhunye, who lives in Nairobi's Umoja estate, said his latest publicity had taken him to the limelight in a manner that he least expected.
“I cannot walk out of this estate without people asking me for handouts, I have suffered from this name,” he said.
He said he was confused by the unusual coincidence with President Uhuru Kenyatta which he said had now troubled him after Kenyans came out thinking that indeed they were related.
“It confuses me because I’m confused as to why I look like President Kenyatta, it is very unusual,” said Njogo.
