Journalists evicted after trying to cover Senate Security Committee meeting where Interior CS Fred Matiangi is grilled over the chaotic arrest of three senators on Monday.
CS Fred Matiangi was accompanied by Police Inspector General Hillary Mutyambai.
The meeting commenced at 10 am as the security top officials arrived later on.
However, before the meeting, Journalists who had stationed at the Parliament were chased out by the chairman of the National Security Committee Yusuf Haji.
"What are you doing here. I don't remember inviting you here. Go back we will call you back later," Haji told journalists.
The move comes after the Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka directed the panel to summon the top security bosses after they hopped an invitation on Monday to explain the arrest of the lawmakers.
