Deputy President William Ruto’s followers have inaugurated their hustler movement in Luo Nyanza, a move expected to beat political rivalry in the region.
Ruto’s pointsmen finished the commissioning of their Hustler Movement political gear in Nyanza region, thought to be ODM leader Raila Odinga’s political bedroom yesterday.
Commissioning of the movement saw the identification of officials like the county, constituency and ward level co-ordinators in Kisumu, Siaya, Homa Bay and Migori counties.
The DP’s team concluded the inauguration with Homa Bay county yesterday, an event which was graced by the Hustler Movement Co-ordinator in Nyanza Eliud Owalo and the co-ordinator in charge of Homa Bay county Everest Okambo.
The inauguration comes barely a few days after a related function took place in Siaya, Kisumu and Migori counties.
Members of the hustler movement will now embark on campaigns for popularising DP Ruto in his presidential bid ahead of 2022 General election.
