Huruma Police Station OCS, Chief Inspector Simon Ndeti, found dead on Thursday morning (December 3) at his house in Huruma, Nairobi.
It still unknown what prompted the death of the OCS, though officers from the Ministry of Health rushed to the house on Thursday to collect his samples for the virus pandemic examination.
The OCS alleged to have complained of fever and feeling unwell on Wednesday, December 2.
The OCS was residing alone in his Huruma house, just facing the police station.
The OCS was lately assigned to the current posting from Karatina Police Station in Nyeri County, where he had worked in the same capacity.
His body was taken to City mortuary as investigations underway on the cause of his death.
