10 Baringo KANU MCAs heading to high court to block 30 MCAs who shoot down BBI at the Baringo assembly.
The MCAs says the vote was not properly done. They accuse their counterparts of being used as rubber stamps and seeking political mileage ahead of 2022.
" We will be heading to the high court to oppose the BBI voting. We know very well the county is BBI-- YES-- but few fraudsters changed that. We will seek fresh voting at the high court, " says the KANU MCAs led by MCA Amaya Ameja Selemoi.
KANU MCAs are the minority in the assembly with only 12 members and had claimed that they were being undermined by their Jubilee counterparts.
